1. MBA HR from a premier institute with min 3 years experience post MBA
2. Strong in leadership hiring
3. Rest of the experience can be in either in generalist role or COE
4. Smart and well spoken candidate
5. Grade – Assistant Manager and current CTC is open for right fitment
6. Reports to Senior Manager – HR
7. Base location – Mumbai but remote/hybrid working
8.Reportion - Sr. Manager -HR-COE
